With over 70 years of experience in designing hydraulic and pneumatic solutions, ABLE leads the sector through advanced technological expertise. We leverage cutting-edge technologies such as 3D modeling, parametric configuration, FEM analysis, and fatigue analysis to develop high-performance products. Our skills enable us to design and produce pressure vessels in demand and exported worldwide.
ABLE utilizes numerically controlled machinery programmed via CAD/CAM, alongside traditional machines for horizontal and vertical machining.
We can machine parts with diameters ranging from 20 mm to 3000 mm and lengths up to 12,000 mm, while our lifting systems handle loads exceeding 100 tons. Every component undergoes rigorous quality checks, including dimensional and non-destructive testing.
Revamping
ABLE provides comprehensive revamping services for piston hydraulic accumulators and accumulator racks, whether for our products or those of other manufacturers. Our production capabilities, modern surface treatment technologies, and innovative sealing materials and solutions allow us to significantly extend accumulator lifespans, optimizing their performance and service life.
We have chosen to keep production in Northern Italy to maintain control over the entire manufacturing process and ensure high-quality standards.
